MOTION INK（以下「本アプリ」）は、iPhoneを動かして光の軌跡を描き、作品として保存・共有できるアプリです。本ポリシーでは、本アプリで扱う情報について説明します。
1. カメラと作品データ
本アプリは、ARKitを通じてiPhoneのカメラを使用し、端末の動きを推定します。カメラ映像は端末上で処理され、本アプリが保存または外部へ送信することはありません。マイクおよび位置情報は使用しません。
作品には、3D座標、ブラシと色の選択、タイトル、作成日が含まれ、端末内に保存されます。作品データを運営者のサーバーへ送信する機能や、アカウントによるクラウド同期機能はありません。端末の設定によっては、Appleが提供する端末バックアップに含まれる場合があります。アプリを削除すると、バックアップから復元しない限り端末内の作品も削除されます。
2. 書き出しと共有
ユーザーが操作した場合に限り、作品の静止画またはリプレイ動画を作成し、iOSの共有機能を表示します。書き出されるデータにカメラ映像や音声は含まれません。共有先での情報の取り扱いには、そのサービスのポリシーが適用されます。
3. 購入とサブスクリプション
本アプリは、サブスクリプションの購入およびPro機能の利用状況を管理するために、AppleのApp StoreとRevenueCatを利用します。RevenueCatは、匿名のアプリユーザー識別子、購入履歴、サブスクリプション状態、およびサービス提供に必要なアプリ・端末の技術情報を処理します。本アプリがクレジットカード情報を取得することはありません。

4. 広告・解析・トラッキング
本アプリは、広告SDK、行動解析SDK、外部のクラッシュ解析サービス、クロスアプリトラッキング、生成AIサービスを使用しません。広告目的で情報を販売または共有することもありません。
5. お問い合わせ
サポート窓口にはGoogle Formsを利用します。フォームに入力された問い合わせ内容、返信用メールアドレス、端末・アプリのバージョン情報は、問い合わせへの回答と問題解決のために使用します。Googleによる情報の取り扱いについては、Googleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。パスワード、決済情報などの機密情報は送信しないでください。
6. 本ポリシーの変更
アプリの機能または情報の取り扱いを変更する場合、本ページを更新します。重要な変更がある場合は、必要に応じてアプリまたはApp Store上でお知らせします。

MOTION INK (the “App”) lets you draw trails of light by moving your iPhone, then save and share the resulting artwork. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
1. Camera and artwork data
The App uses the iPhone camera through ARKit to estimate device movement. Camera frames are processed on the device and are not saved or transmitted by the App. The App does not use the microphone or location services.
Artwork data includes 3D coordinates, brush and color choices, a title, and a creation date. It is stored locally on your device. The App has no operator-hosted service for uploading artwork and no account-based cloud sync. Depending on your device settings, data may be included in backups provided by Apple. Deleting the App also deletes locally stored artwork unless it is restored from a backup.
2. Exporting and sharing
Only when you request it, the App creates a still image or replay video and opens the iOS share sheet. Exports do not contain camera footage or audio. Information you send to another service is handled under that service’s privacy policy.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
The App uses Apple’s App Store and RevenueCat to manage subscription purchases and access to Pro features. RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user identifier, purchase history, subscription status, and technical app and device information required to provide the service. The App does not receive your payment card details.

4. Advertising, analytics, and tracking
The App does not use advertising SDKs, behavioral analytics SDKs, external crash analytics services, cross-app tracking, or generative AI services. We do not sell or share information for advertising purposes.
5. Support inquiries
Support inquiries are handled using Google Forms. The message, reply email address, and device or app version information you submit are used to respond to your inquiry and resolve the reported issue. See the Google Privacy Policy for information about Google’s handling of form data. Do not submit passwords, payment information, or other sensitive information.
6. Changes to this policy
This page will be updated if the App’s features or data practices change. When appropriate, material changes will also be communicated in the App or on the App Store.
